Ordering From Outside Of England, Scotland & Wales

Post Brexit, a number of rules and regulations have changed for goods leaving the U.K, these affect customs regulations, and value added tax (VAT).

Customers in Northern Ireland

For items delivered to addresses in Northern Ireland, we are now required to supply a commercial invoice, for us to create one, we need your EORI number, this must be one starting with an XI. We will contact you to get this information after your order is confirmed, your order will not ship without this.

For more information on getting an EORI, see https://www.gov.uk/eori.

VAT will be charged as before, and if applicable reclaimed as normal via your VAT returns.

Customers in the Isle of Man

Whilst not part of the UK, the Isle of Man is treated as such for VAT so VAT would be charged as normal. You also may be subject to customs and import fees which you would need to deal with on arrival of the goods and we have no way of calculating what they would be before shipping.

Channel Islands

Items shipped to the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey & Sark, and Alderney) also need to be accompanied by a commercial invoice, and we would need your EORI number to be able to complete and include this. We will contact you to get this information after your order is confirmed, your order will not ship without this.

You also may be subject to customs and import fees which you would need to deal with on arrival of the goods and we have no way of calculating what they would be before shipping.

Customers In The European Union And The Rest Of The World

For reasons outside of Brexit including the ability to facilitate support with manufacturers, if you are ordering items to be delivered outside of the UK either into an EU member state or elsewhere in the world, goods need to be accompanied by a commercial invoice, origin of goods information and other declarations and customs forms.

For this to happen we can only ship to a UK based freight forwarder specified by you.  They will be able to provide us with all the required evidence that the goods have left the UK and allows us to charge without VAT for the order.

Please note that we are only liable for shipping damage and product support up to the point that your order is accepted by your freight forwarder .  The act of them accepting the shipment is deemed that it is undamaged and fully working at the point of acceptance by the freight forwarder.

Any additional Import costs, taxes or freight forwarder fees are not covered in the sale price and must be borne by you.

We cannot include these costs online when you purchase from us, so we advise you to check with your relevant local authorities as to what additional charges and taxes you may be liable to pay before ordering.
