The robust Zebra VC8300 vehicle terminal is mounted into vehicles in seconds and is also a great choice as a stationary terminal. It comes with either an 8″ WXGA touch display with 1,000 nits or a 10.4″ XGA colour display. Both may be operated with gloves and the alphanumeric keyboard may be swapped. Thanks to Zebra’s pre-installed Mobility DNA app, all-touch TE transforms the VC8300 text-based TE apps into interactive Android apps with a single click. Plus, it is backward compatible: holders, accessories and apps from already existing Zebra vehicle computers may also be used for the VC8300. The VC8300 is IP66-certified and optionally available with a heater – perfect for working in cold storage. It also has ports for USB 3.0, USB 2.0 and RS-232, Ethernet is optional (8″ model). Bluetooth 5.0 and Wi-Fi 5 (2 x 2 MU-MIMO) ensure quick data transfer, while 2.2 GHz octa-core processor, 4 GB RAM and 32 GB flash guarantee outstanding performance.
